Bloomington Parks and Recreation has established a youth sports hotline that players, parents, coaches, managers, umpires and board members may call anytime they suspect games may be canceled.
The announcement is determined and prepared by Parks and Recreation. BJLBA does not take part in the final determination of any rainouts.
